A small shop in Oakville

Family-run, small on purpose, and honest about what a printed part can and cannot do.

The story

It started with a printer that sat idle

HyperPrints is a small family-run shop in Oakville. The printer came first, bought to make brackets and fixtures for our own projects, and it spent most of its time doing nothing.

Then a fridge shelf clip snapped, and the part had been discontinued for years. A printed replacement went in that week, and it has not broken since. That is the job: parts you cannot buy anymore, and parts nobody makes in the size you need.

It has stayed a family business — a few pairs of hands, an engineering background, and a preference for getting the fit right over getting it out the door. Everything is quoted up front, and if something will not print well, we will tell you before you pay for it.

Every part is printed here in Oakville. Nothing is drop-shipped, nothing is resold.

What we run

Small, modern and honest about its limits.

Bambu Lab H2S Combo

Running

Our main production printer. Fully enclosed with an actively heated, filtered chamber and a hardened-steel hot end, so it prints the engineering plastics as well as the everyday ones, in one piece up to 34 cm. The AMS 2 Pro keeps four spools dry and switches between them mid-print.

  • Build volume340 × 320 × 340 mm
  • Hot end / bed / chamber350 / 120 / 65 °C
  • Nozzles0.2 / 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm, hardened and stainless
  • Coloursup to 4 (AMS 2 Pro)
  • MaterialsPLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PC, PA, CF/GF blends

Bambu Lab A1 + AMS Lite

Running

Our second printer. It runs test prints and fit checks, so the H2S stays on your job, and it joins in on production when a batch needs both machines.

  • Build volume256 × 256 × 256 mm
  • Hot end / bed300 / 100 °C
  • Nozzles0.2 / 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm, hardened and stainless
  • Coloursup to 4 (AMS Lite)
  • MaterialsPLA, PETG, TPU, PLA-CF, PETG-CF

Specifications as published by Bambu Lab. Which printer a job runs on is our call: anything bigger than 256 mm, and the high-temperature plastics (ABS, ASA, PC, PA), go on the H2S. Both printers carry every nozzle size in hardened and stainless steel.
