Tooling and parts for shops and plants

Jigs, fixtures, end-of-arm tooling parts, brackets, guards and short runs, printed from your CAD in engineering plastics. For automation integrators, build shops, machine shops and manufacturers that need a part this week, not a tool order next quarter.

What we print for industry

The parts around the process

Printed tooling is lighter, faster and cheaper than machining it, and easy to change when the part or the cell changes. These are the jobs FDM does well.

Jigs and fixtures

Locating, assembly, drilling and holding fixtures, nests and soft jaws shaped to your part. Rigid bodies with TPU contact pads where the finish matters.

PETG-CF · PA-CF · PLA-CF · TPU pads

End-of-arm tooling parts

Gripper fingers, part nests, vacuum-cup and sensor mounts for robot and pick-and-place tooling. Lighter tooling lets the arm move faster and carry more.

PA-CF · PETG-CF

Brackets and mounts

Sensor, camera, light-curtain and switch brackets; cable and hose routing; panel and HMI mounts, made to fit what is already on the machine.

PETG-CF · ASA · PC

Guards, covers and enclosures

Covers, chip and splash guards, sensor shrouds and small enclosures. Polycarbonate for impact, ASA for heat and sun.

PC · ASA · ABS

Bridge and spare parts

Non-critical replacement parts to keep a line running while the real one is on order, or for good once it is discontinued. From your file or drawing.

PA-CF · PETG · PC

Prototypes and short runs

Fit-check parts before you cut metal, pilot builds, and runs of tens to low hundreds. Two printers, so a test piece and a batch can run side by side.

Who we work with

Built for people who build

Automation integrators

EOAT fingers and nests, sensor brackets and guarding for the cells you are commissioning, revised overnight when the part changes.

Build shops

Fixtures, check nests and assembly aids for the machines you build, without tying up your mills.

Machine shops

Soft jaws, workholding inserts, part trays, and the plastic parts your customers ask for that are not worth machining.

Manufacturers

Line-side tooling, error-proofing aids, spare and bridge parts, and covers for plants, automotive suppliers included.

What we can hold

Straight numbers, so you know before you send a file whether we are the right shop for it.

  • Second printerBambu Lab A1, 256 mm cube: test pieces and overflow

  • Nozzles0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mm, hardened and stainless
  • Typical accuracyabout ±0.2 mm; critical fits proven on a test piece first
  • Layer height0.06 – 0.5 mm, by nozzle: fine detail to fast, strong walls

  • Quantitiesone-offs to low hundreds
  • Turnaroundquote in one business day; most jobs in 3–7 days

Where we are not the right fit

  • Safety-critical or structural load paths, and anything that needs certified material data or traceability.
  • Gauges that must hold better than about ±0.1 mm. We print checking aids, not certified gauges.
  • Design from scratch. We print from your CAD or drawing; we do not model parts yet.
  • Printed parts are strongest along their layers. We orient each part for the load it sees and tell you how.

Working with us

From a STEP file to parts on your bench

  1. 01

    Send the file

A STEP file or drawing, the quantity, where it goes and what it has to survive: heat, oil, impact, sunlight.

  2. 02

    Quote and print notes

Within one business day: material, orientation, price and lead time, plus anything in the design that will not print well.

  3. 03

    Test piece, then the batch

For anything that has to fit, we print one first so you can check it on the machine before the rest are made.

  4. 04

    Repeat orders from file

Your files and settings are kept for next time, so a replacement is a reply to an email. Ask us about purchase orders and NDAs.

Have a part in mind?

Send the STEP file or drawing and we will tell you within a business day whether it prints well, in what, and for how much.

Rather talk it through first? Email or use the contact form.
